Location: 100 W Michigan Avenue, Saline Michigan ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) The Senior Research Analyst has an integral role in supporting the efforts of senior Equity team members, as well as advising client portfolio managers and traders.
This includes the entire range of research skills such as screening new ideas, modeling potential outcomes, and challenging team members in a professional manner.
The Senior Research Analyst will work to establish a network of professional contacts relating to the companies that are associated with their sector assignments.

Clearly document written and oral communication flow related to both opportunities and concerns with investment decisions.
Assist in gathering and analyzing macro, industry, and company level data to identify trends in order to develop market views of fundamentals and evaluate opportunities and risks.
Grow network of contacts in relevant fields that will assist the team in discovering new opportunities and enhancing client perception while expanding relationships with prospective investors and, where appropriate, developing media exposure.
Deliver exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability while addressing complex and timely market events.

Bachelor's degree.
3-5 Years of relevant investment experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, AlphaSense, and S&P Capital IQ Pro or other financial modeling applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by market investment conditions.

Prepare and participate in presentations to investment strategy teams and clients as required.

for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
