- Agile development technologies, such as Cucumber, Calabash, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence
- A minimum of 8 years of experience
- 2-3 years E-Commerce Java Development experience
- Broad understanding of eCommerce technology tools, providers and trends
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Must possess a strong attention to detail, superior follow-up skills and be results oriented
- Knowledge and understanding of retail industry a plus
- Experience in business interactions, requirements analysis, and web development methodologies
- Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Strong oral/written communications and analytical skills
