Responsibilities

  • Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
  • Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives
  • Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
  • Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
  • Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
  • Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
  • ​ ​ Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
  • Professional, office environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • experience with financial modeling is a plus

Compensation
