- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights
- Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth
- Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively
- Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
- Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
- Professional, office environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with financial modeling is a plus
