About the role
- In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
- The holder of this position is designated as a "Responsible Employee" pursuant to their role under Title IX.

Responsibilities
- Uploading documents to departmental drives and EMS
- Inventory office supplies and create orders as necessary
- Maintain concession stand inventory, place orders, receive deliveries, and pickup supplies as necessary
- Maintain schedule of availability for shared use practice rooms and unlock/lock for Monday-Friday use
- Maintain inventory of table linens based on event schedule. Order, pickup and drop-off (on campus) and maintain organization of laundry room
- Maintain copies of purchase receipts and direct appropriately for payment processing
- Maintain bi-weekly timesheet reconciliation spreadsheet for employees
Compensation
- Pleasantly greeting and directing visitors
