About the role

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods within our distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • This role is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and requires a strong focus on organization and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order picking and packing.
  • Operate AS400 and other warehouse management systems to manage inventory and track orders.
  • The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy machinery.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AS400 and other warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with order picking and loading/unloading of goods.

Nice to have

  • English (Preferred)
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
