About the role
- Coverage will be Chicago with the expectation that the person is based in the region.

Requirements
- What you can expect
- This position demands that you are well organized, structured, and can be disciplined in sales systems and processes.
- The candidate must be self motivated with successful territory management and selling skills, and the ability to drive their objectives relatively autonomously.
- The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in the asset management distribution industry, and 3-5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries.
- The candidate will be required to travel extensively in the field, approximately 80% of the time.
- Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 65.
Compensation
- Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
- The salary for this role is $100,000.00.
- This role is eligible for participation in the PGIM Global Wealth Sales Compensation plan.
- Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- The wholesaler will be able to clearly differentiate our investment strategies, provide technical information and articulate the benefits relative to our competitors.
- They will be based out of their respective home office that's required to be in one of the major zones within their geographic region and have access to a major airport that serves all of their respective states.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan: Shares can be purchased at 85% of the lower of two prices (Beginning or End of the purchase period).
