- We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us hire the world-class talent that will bring our Seagliders into reality.

- As part of the People team, you'll join a group of thoughtful, driven, and collaborative builders who approach People work with the same rigor and creativity as a product team.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like, shape hiring strategies, and build exceptional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and beyond.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of critical roles - from technical specialists and manufacturing talent to business and leadership positions - as REGENT continues to grow.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship-building with exceptional candidates.
- You're excited to build, not just maintain.
