Responsibilities
- Working cell leader who in addition to building electrical panels will assist supervisor with daily work assignment and direct employees who report to the Electrical Panel Shop.
- Capability to lead and train employees in your department.
- Have the drive to meet any and all expectations given by supervisor daily, weekly and monthly for production.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an electrical wireperson and or experience in the electrical panel shop is required.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Ensures daily labor is entered and inprocess check sheets are completed as required.
Nice to have
- Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
