Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in strategic planning or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience on presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in or with Indonesian markets, particularly Central Java and DIY regions

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the target regions
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all analytics processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with company objectives
- Create financial models and forecasts for the Central Java and DIY markets
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on regional performance
- Evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities in the target regions
- Provide insights to management on strategic decisions
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives
