About the role

Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Process Engineer for our manufacturing plant located in Neenah, WI.

Support product/material development and project implementation according to Design for Six Sigma Master DDS zero loss flow chart and coach teams in the application
Own technical gap analysis of his/her area of responsibility
Lead small group activity in own technology area because Is the expert for process and technology for his/her lines
Ability to lead teams through change and improvement.

Minimum of 3 years of process engineering experience required (manufacturing related internship/co-op could be included for experience requirement);

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering field preferred, or equivalent experience
Converting experience strongly preferred
Maintenance planning or Continuous Improvement methodologies experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
