About the role
- Western Union will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
- Work Shift HYBRID - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible.
- The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Ensure code quality through test driven development (TDD), code reviews, and best engineering practices
- Master's degree with 4 years of experience
- bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience.
- Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong frontend skills with Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of RESTful microservices architecture
- Solid experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
Compensation
- Annual base salary range is $110,000 - 135,000 USD per year.
- Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
