You will work directly with Cisco design, manufacturing, operations and quality engineering teams, as well as component vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor components used by Cisco. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on component selection, design reviews, risk assessment, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Lead deep-dive investigations into complex semiconductor component failures, drive root-cause analysis, characterize failure mechanisms to a transistor level and create & verify corrective and preventive actions (8D, RCCA, etc.) Architect and drive implementation of Reliability, Accessibility, and Serviceability (RAS) of memory subsystems.

Compensation
- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
