Requirements

  • The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
  • Provide exemplary customer service

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Terminal Handler's License - costs covered by company
  • Relevant experience preferred but not required - ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples - HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
  • Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
  • Computer literacy helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license

  • This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
