Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for procurement projects, including project setup, reporting, meeting coordination, action item tracking, and maintenance of project records.
- Maintain document control processes for procurement projects, including submittal tracking, electronic turnover package management, controlled document organization, and version accuracy.
- Support project controls and reporting activities, including resource planning updates, project status reports, procurement logs, contract trackers, and other project performance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification, onboarding documentation, and procurement-related project administration.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, template standardization, workflow documentation, and project administration best practices.

- The Procurement Coordinator will provide administrative, document control, contract administration, reporting, and coordination support for the procurement organization and procurement projects.
- This role will work closely with internal project teams, procurement, construction management, suppliers, subcontractors, and external clients to maintain accurate records, support procurement project controls processes, coordinate contract and compliance documentation, and help ensure procurement projects are executed with consistency, organization, and attention to quality.
Requirements
- Support purchase order, bidding, and buy-out administration by maintaining accurate records, routing information, and coordinating required documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with project administration systems, electronic RFP tools, purchase order management, document control platforms, and reporting tools is preferred
- Preferred experience supporting capital projects in life sciences, food and beverage, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong Excel, analytical, data entry, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Possess a passion for quality, compliance, process discipline, and proactive risk identification.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
