About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you can positively impact children's lives.

- By opening dialogue with school administrators, you can discuss their challenges and show how online Special Education services have helped administrators fill gaps in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- You maintain a strong service mindset, consistently meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders while building trust and credibility
- You deliver high-quality work on time, and you proactively seek support or guidance when challenges arise
- Collaborate with your account executive to develop a targeted account plan.
- Build and nurture relationships with district contacts using thoughtful messaging and resources.
- Virtually deliver engaging presentations that allow schools and districts to understand better how live, online therapy sessions are conducted.
- Make outbound calls to targeted school contacts and conference attendees to qualify leads.
- With a growing network of over 2,000 clinicians and more than 8 million teletherapy sessions delivered, we're dedicated to ensuring every child has access to the support they need.
- Travel is also an important part of many roles, helping us build stronger relationships with our teams, clinicians, and school partners.
Requirements
- A motivated self-starter who can master the art of managing the activities required to hit personal and company revenue goals.
- You must be comfortable engaging in conversations on the phone, in Zoom meetings, and in groups.
- You are focused and driven to meet and exceed goals.
- You can balance being competitive and collaborative.
Nice to have
- Objection handling does not scare you.
- You prepare for, practice objection handling scenarios, and use success stories to redirect the conversation.
- You will use the sales acceleration tools provided to improve productivity.
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
Skills
- Using your creativity and excellent communication skills, initiate quality conversations with target accounts.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Compensation
- Average travel time is 5% annually.
