About the role

- We are seeking an experienced Machine Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with various injection molding machine models and a solid understanding of plastic product production processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools Perform regular maintenance and repairs on molds and machinery
- Identify and resolve issues with machinery in a timely manner to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding machines and molds Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and solve technical problems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities Provide regular reports on machine performance and issues to supervisors
- Communicate effectively with HQ in China Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed
