  • About the Role ExaCare AI is hiring a BizOps Strategy & Systems Manager to help build and improve the operational systems that support our rapidly growing Business Operations team.
  • Working closely with the AI Systems Lead, this role will focus on improving workflows, implementing internal tooling, and supporting the operational infrastructure needed for ExaCare to scale.
  • As the company grows from 1,500 facilities to more than 10,000, this role will play an important part in helping design and implement the systems and processes that allow our teams to operate efficiently.
  • The role requires someone who enjoys diving into complex operational and technical workflows, redesigning processes, and building systems that allow teams to execute more effectively at scale.
  • They will work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to automate manual work and develop internal tools that support customer onboarding and broader business operations.
  • They enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy and execution and are motivated by building the foundational systems that will enable ExaCare to scale.
  • We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform.
