Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Partner to improve operational performance, productivity, and profitability
- Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies to support company growth
- Support contract negotiations and project setup during the pre-construction phase
- Lead weekly operational and project meetings to review progress and resolve issues
- Develop training programs and operational protocols for Project Managers, Coordinators, and Estimators
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
- Support strategic planning and operational forecasting to align with company growth objectives
- Support high-level project oversight to identify potential risks and ensure smooth execution

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with progressive leadership responsibility
- Experience implementing and optimizing construction management systems and operational processes
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Procore or similar project management platforms
