About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and support the related Martech roadmap to enable user delight across multiple touchpoints.
- Maintain and manage data structures across systems to ensure smooth orchestration operations, trigger-based automations, and one-off communications.
- Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and communicate results and insights to team leads and partner teams.
- Partner with our Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand and impactful.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
- Measurement-driven with the ability to use benchmarks and performance metrics to track progress, while maintaining focus on business impact.
- Strong communications skills and ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base.
- This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more.
- In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
- You'll help users discover and adopt Gemini's most helpful features and make using AI a delightful experience.
Compensation
- $141k-$206k
