About the role

  • As a Sales Engineer, you are the technical force behind a deal.
  • When a deal is ready to close, you bring the technical depth and the trust to get it over the line.
  • You will sell to buyers who know real estate finance better than anyone, so they expect the same depth from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the room: Run discovery calls with prospects to deeply understand their business priorities and existing system landscape.
  • Make it real: Build and deliver demos that map to the customer's actual use case, not a generic walkthrough.
  • Multiply yourself: Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and reference architectures that help the broader Sales team move faster.

  • You lead discovery, design product configurations, build demos that resonate, and turn complex requirements into clear answers.

Requirements

  • Must-haves Degree in Business Informatics, Management and Technology, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing Pre-Sales role: Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles: multiple stakeholders, long timelines, formal procurement.
