10+ years of experience in brand and creative leadership roles.
Strong creative judgment and the ability to translate strategy into work that is both compelling and effective.
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and partnering across a broad set of marketing functions.
Comfort operating at both the strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated ability to balance creative ambition with pragmatism, structure, and operational discipline.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
