Perform accurate measurements using tape measures and gauges to ensure compliance with tolerances and specifications
Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency
Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in good working condition
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards

Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16" or better)
Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted
Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter data and work with machine interfaces
Ability to read and understand basic English for work instructions and safety procedures
Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently
Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor wearing steel-toed shoes with metatarsal guards and other safety equipment for eight to ten hours per day
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature or humidity control

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (glass fabrication experience a plus)
Experience operating overhead cranes or lifting equipment preferred
