As a Data Center PM, you will: Lead mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.

Team A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and ensure compliance with data center standards and commissioning protocols.
Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.
What You Bring to the Team A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing data center or mission-critical projects (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
