About the role
- CoinDesk Studios is seeking a Program Manager to oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, accuracy, and comprehensive execution across various mediums such as video, podcasts, events, social media, and marketing operations.
- This role requires strong skills in time and project management, attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving.
- The Program Manager will also assist the Technical Producer with tasks like editing video content, publishing to the CMS, and supporting live video needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day project manager on initiatives within a program or particular business line with the support of the Head of Program Management
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage projects according to the budget, previously outlined and determined with the Head of Program Management
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and external vendors to ensure projects are being met as planned
- Support the Technical Producer on video and audio editing, loading and publishing content to the CMS and supporting live video executions
- Ability to think outside the box and drive opportunity through creative solutions with clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in production and media, ideally at a digital media publisher
- Must have video and audio editing experience
- Must have video and audio editing experience; ideally in Descript

- This is a 6-month contract position based in NYC.
