About the role
- This role is responsible for managing electricians, ensuring code compliance, driving productivity, and delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, train, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Perform job site inspections and quality control checks.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve technical skills and performance.
- Partner with sales and estimating teams on job scope, bids, and project planning.
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of electrical staff.
Requirements
- Experience with field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) once hired.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).
- 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in residential electrical service highly preferred.
- Valid California State Certified Electrical License.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) once hired. Please see Fingerprinting, Disclosure, and Background Review - CSLB for more information.

- 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in residential electrical service highly preferred.

Compensation
- $125,000 - $150,000 USD
