- Processing quote requests for our sales advisors by utilizing supplier portals, channel contacts, and rate cards
- Processing deal registrations
- Segmentation and serviceability checks
- Contract creation
- Research where answers and solutions are unclear or unknown
- Provide resolution on first-level pricing escalations
