Responsibilities
- Designs and refines user interface components, layouts, and visualizations that support intuitive navigation, clarity of information, and effective decision-making.
- Supports the development and enhancement of interactive, data-driven widgets that provide real-time visibility into task activities, metrics, and performance trends.
- Analyzes user needs, workflows, and reporting requirements to inform UI/UX designs for O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
- Collaborates with Agile teams, the Scrum Master, and technical staff to translate functional and reporting requirements into usable and accessible UI/UX solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
