About the role

Responsibilities
- Support Epic Prelude build, optimization, testing, and go-live activities.
- Design, build, and maintain Prelude workqueues (WQs).
- Collaborate with operational teams to validate registration and scheduling workflows.
- Participate in workflow design sessions and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, and end-user support during go-live.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Prelude.
- Deep expertise in confirmation rules.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.
- Experience supporting patient access, registration, and scheduling workflows.
- The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
Nice to have
- Consulting experience preferred.
