Experience with ISO26262 or similar functional safety standard in a different industry
Experience debugging across communication protocols such as CAN, UART, etc.
Experience working with HIL platforms like dSpace, Speedgoat, VeriStand, etc.
Familiarity with Simulink and MATLAB for model-based HIL testing
Ability to read electrical schematics and datasheets
Proficiency coding in C/C++
Proficient with basic lab tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron, etc.)
Experience with test and automation frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, Pytest, TestRail, etc.)

Lightship compensation consists of the yearly salary above plus equity, which gives you a stake in the company.
