About the role

  • In this role, you will not just write code; you will orchestrate it.
  • You will leverage modern AI tooling-such as Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, and GitHub Copilot-to accelerate delivery while acting as the ultimate authority on architectural integrity, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Application Development Accelerated Engineering: Design and build high-quality React applications using TypeScript.
  • Design-to-Code Mastery: Rapidly translate Figma design comps into reusable UI components and design systems, leveraging AI to bridge the gap between design intent and production-ready code.
  • Platform & Tooling Innovation Build the front-end for internal QE platforms, including automation dashboards, triage tools, and AI-assisted testing interfaces.
  • Implement real-time data visualizations and telemetry streams, ensuring that even complex, AI-curated data is presented with clarity and performance.
  • Automated Testing: Implement robust testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) to provide a safety net for rapid, AI-assisted iterations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development.
  • Expert React & TypeScript: Deep proficiency in React Hooks, state management (Zustand, Redux, or Context), and component-driven design.
  • Critical Oversight Capability: A solid ability to identify errors or bad patterns in AI-generated code.

  • Systems Thinking: Understanding how front-end applications integrate with complex backend data pipelines and AI-driven quality insights.
  • Success Metrics Velocity & Quality: Delivery of high-quality features at an accelerated pace through the expert application of AI tooling.
  • Standardization: Successful implementation of reusable patterns that pass all security and architectural audits.
  • Proficient in secure front-end development according to OWASP standards.

Compensation

  • $124,000.00 - 170,000.00.
  • The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
  • Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
