About the role

  • In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

  • We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.
  • HR Knowledge & Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply local, state, and federal labor laws, ensure compliance, and recommend best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong background as a senior HR generalist role.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $110,000 Gross (includes base + bonuses) depending on skills and years of experience + Standard Benefits
