Oversee the SCM team to ensure both customer and internal metrics are maintained at acceptable levels and a proper continuous improvement plan with defined actions, responsibilities and delivery dates that are clearly understood by the team 2. Manage the plants SCM continuous improvement plan 3. Ensure the safe operation of the
- plant's material handling equipment in accordance with published plant and corporate guidelines 4. Develop a team that has mastered the use of the IAC ERP system, "lean manufacturing" tools, customer systems and IAC Supply Chain Management processes to support the requirements of both our internal and external customers. 5. Implement the IAC SCM BASIACs;
