About the role

As a Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience.
You will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, advising them on necessary maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage of the service process.

additional technical or customer service training is a plus. Previous experience in a service advisor role or a similar customer-facing position in the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and systems is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent
