About the role
- This position is based in our Washington, D.C. office.
- The base salary range for this position in these locations is $45.40/hr - $68.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closing logistics.
- Preparation of closing documents and ancillary transactional documentation.
- Gather, organize, summarize and index documents from various sources.

Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably at mid to large law firm and/or national title insurance underwriter.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced, complex transactional environment.
- Communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys and management and external clients of the firm.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make decisions regarding daily work.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Minimum Education:
- This position may be filled in District of Columbia. The base salary range for this position in these locations is $45.40/hr - $68.00/hr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, Holland & Knight provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
