  • Gersh Autism is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team in Issaquah (Cougar Mountain), WA.

Responsibilities

  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) accordingly.
  • Individualized Programming: Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Implement data collection systems and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support to staff, teachers, and families to ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Family Engagement: Maintain open and regular communication with families to provide support, answer questions, and offer guidance.
  • Enrolled in Master's program for ABA Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective behavior intervention strategies.
  • Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.
  • As a LABA, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of support and care.

Requirements

  • Regularly monitor and review students' progress, making necessary adjustments to BIPs as required.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation
