Gersh Autism is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team in Issaquah (Cougar Mountain), WA.

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) accordingly.
Individualized Programming: Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
Data Collection and Analysis: Implement data collection systems and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support to staff, teachers, and families to ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
Family Engagement: Maintain open and regular communication with families to provide support, answer questions, and offer guidance.
Enrolled in Master's program for ABA Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism and developing behavior intervention plans.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective behavior intervention strategies.
Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.
As a LABA, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of support and care.
Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) accordingly.

Regularly monitor and review students' progress, making necessary adjustments to BIPs as required.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform decision-making.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.
