About the role

  • Reporting to the Production Manager, the SMT Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT equipment to ensure high-quality electronic assemblies.
  • The role involves visual inspection, rework, and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily/weekly preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
  • Document routines/procedures and report issues to Lead Hand.
  • The operator collaborates closely with the Lead Hand and other team members to support efficient production and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking, reporting, and documentation tasks.
