- THIS ROLE As an Associate in our Real Estate group, you will work on high-impact deals while using AI agents to streamline the drafting, diligence, and execution process.
Responsibilities
- Powered by Norm Ai, we combine elite legal talent with purpose-built AI agents to deliver faster, more precise, and more reliable legal services.
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live transactions, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and closing processes.
Requirements
- Our practice embraces the use of AI to reduce administrative burden and increase your ability to focus on strategic legal judgment and client engagement.
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.
