Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
  • Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live transactions, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and closing processes.

Requirements

  • Our practice embraces the use of AI to reduce administrative burden and increase your ability to focus on strategic legal judgment and client engagement.

Skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate transactions.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
  • No prior AI or technical experience required.
