About the role
- Contract Duration: 6-12+ months contract
- The main responsibility of the Deployment Manager is to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of software developed within a program for deployment into the production environment.
- This includes, but is not limited to, Command Center organization structure, integration with current help desk and OneStop processes, managing the distribution of daily reports to Sr.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a project level Command Center model to support the post deployment process.
- Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams and Program Support Teams.
- Drive creation of a tactical plan to implement technology; partnering with key stakeholders for validation.
- We leverage our recruiting expertise to deliver high-end consulting services for a variety of engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
- 7-10 years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
- Previous technical management experience in a dynamic high-technology environment.
- Strong system integration experience.
- Strong experience planning the development and delivery of complex software products.
- Experience leading several successful implementations.
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience managing applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environment and reprioritize work efforts
- Ability to motivate and sustain high team spirit and energy
