About the role
- This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA, 3 days per week in the office.
- This is a highly technical, AI-first position sitting at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, Infrastructure, Operations, and Automation.

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-ready solutions inside the core AI platform.
- Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools that improve operations.
- Support customer API integrations and onboarding efforts.
- Partner with Customer Success to solve technical customer challenges.
- Identify recurring problems and proactively build scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Experience building APIs, backend services, AI workflows, automations, or internal tooling.
- They need someone who can own those problems, build solutions, automate processes, and free up the rest of the team to focus on core engineering work.
- You may spend one part of your day helping a customer integrate with the platform, another part building AI-driven workflows and internal tooling, and another part deploying improvements directly into production.
Requirements
- Startup experience with a builder mentality and bias toward action.
Nice to have
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Python experience is preferred, but the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems, contribute to production codebases, and ship solutions independently is more important than expertise in any specific technology stack.
