About the role

- We're looking for a Head of Product Strategy & Operations to serve as the CPO's right hand - and the operational backbone of the product org.
- You will be the reason our leadership team spends its energy on the hardest decisions, the most important priorities, and the biggest opportunities.

- Identify where things are stuck, where decisions are needed, and where accountability is unclear - and drive resolution
- Help formulate strategies, frame tradeoffs, and build the plans that translate direction into action
- Champion the shift to a culture where teams own outcomes, not just outputs
- LiveRamp's product organization is a cross-functional force - working in close partnership with Engineering, Commercial, Product Intelligence, Corporate Development, & Finance to drive how we build, ship, and grow.
Requirements
- You are equal parts product thinker and execution machine.
- You know that great process is a means to an end.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and resolving it quickly.
- You are not precious about your lane.
- 8-12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company
- A track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity
- Strong strategic instincts - you can go from "here's the problem" to "here's the plan" quickly
- you are the COO of our R&D and Go-to-Market functions.
