Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner, helping the executive team prioritize, sequence, and drive the company's most critical decisions
- Manage multi-threaded, high-stakes company initiatives, including managing financial reporting vendors & automating processes
- Build frameworks, workflows, and playbooks that improve organizational performance and scale
- Decision Support & Insight Generation
- Provide decision support for strategic opportunities, including market assessments, product expansion initiatives, partnership evaluation, or financial modelingI
- Building revenue operations infrastructure for the company
- Building the sales/pipeline model: which pharma segments to target first (small/mid vs. large pharma, by therapeutic area like oncology vs. rare disease)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a comparable high-performance environment.

- Competitive analysis vs. traditional AORs (agencies of record) and other AI marketing tools
- Account expansion strategy-turning one brand engagement into multiple brands within a pharma client
- Designing the "engagement team" workflow so it scales as client count grows
- Vendor/tooling decisions
Skills
- Strong executive presence with the ability to earn trust quickly and communicate with clarity and influence
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments
- Experience in health-tech, or AI-driven healthcare solutions
- Exposure to C-suite advising, or executive-level decision support
- Prior experience working inside a scaling startup or operator role
Compensation
- $180,000-$240,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: target annual bonus included (percentage to be determined)
