About the role
- The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking an Operations Supervisor of the Phoenix Processing Center location.
Responsibilities
- Create, communicate, and maintain quality control policies and work procedures to enable adherence to risk management requirements.
- Complete risk assessments to identify root causes and develop corrective action plans.
- Mentor, coach, and develop high performing team members for career progression.
- Identify and implement solutions that optimize daily production opportunities, address risk management weaknesses, maximize staff resources, and enhance employee- focused initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with peers, management, and business partners to develop and deliver operational solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members in meeting goals and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and foster a productive work environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence individuals at varying all levels internally and externally
Requirements

- Banking experience is not required.
- Applicants must have flexibility with start/end times to meet operational needs.
- Typically requires 3+ years of relevant cash or business work experience
- 1+ years of experience in leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience supervising teams in production, manufacturing, or supply chain distribution environments
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving situations, pivot strategies when needed, and provide sound recommendations in ambiguous or uncharted circumstances
Compensation
- Min: $66,100 - Mid: $85,700 - Max: $105,600 (Location: Phoenix, AZ)
- Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
