Responsibilities
- Work with key partners on product cost set-up, work order completions, sales and receiving corrections, freight issues, and cycle count reconciliation
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships across functions.
- Land O'Lakes and our global entities support diversity in employment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1-2 years' experience in accounting, ideally cost accounting highly desired
- Advanced excel required.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to draw insights from variances and trends.
Nice to have
- Proficient with ERP accounting applications (JDE or SAP preferred) and Microsoft products.
