About the role
- You'll have direct authority over foremen, field labor, and subcontractors, and you'll be accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- You'll be the face of DNB on the jobsite and a key liaison with clients, architects, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers to execute on design, budget, quality, and schedule
- Manage look-ahead scheduling and ensure milestones are met
- Document daily activities, issues, and quality findings in Procore
Requirements
- Proven track record running commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to punch list
- Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and materials, MEP and civil included
- Experience with Procore, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Project experience portfolio required - bring your work to the table

- OSHA 10 certification minimum
- OSHA 30 preferred
