  • As a Construction Finance Account Manager in our Toronto office, you will be deeply involved in executing the CMHC Apartment Construction Loan Program (ACLP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the active management and sophisticated underwriting of high-impact ACLP lending opportunities, positioning projects for successful execution and funding.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for recommendation to the CMLS Credit Committee and meticulously manage the fulfillment of all conditions precedent for loan funding.
  • Provide advisory support, offering expert procedural guidance to new ACLP applicants, alongside performing Portfolio Management assistance and Credit reviews.
  • A genuine passion for commercial real estate and a drive to contribute to complex financing projects.
  • Drive the financial success of Canada's affordable housing initiatives.

Requirements

  • You operate with a high degree of ownership and commitment, demonstrating the discipline and organizational skills needed to manage multiple, high-priority tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

  • 144,000$ CAD per year (Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, CA))
