About the role
- Additionally, they archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
- Infrequently, helps Quality Manager with meeting minutes, training employees on records and/or documentation and assists with administrative tasks as needed.
- Guide production team on issue resolution using knowledge relevant to your department specialties.
Responsibilities
- They scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document records and control procedures.
- Lead/Support quality improvement initiatives as per IATF 16949-2016 to achieve set sigma level for value stream.
- Oversee, maintain, and improve company's document program.
- Oversee and Maintain Company's Web_Certs Folder
Requirements
- As required, the document technician creates new templates and updates procedures.
- Ensure all customer related documents are loaded to portals as required.
- Associate degree in business, engineering, QA discipline, or related field.
- Unimpeachable ethics.
- Must be self-directed, an independent thinker, and have strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator will all levels of associates.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, QA discipline, or related field.
- Document control software experience (implementation a plus)
- Working experience with external auditors and ISO9001
Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
