About the role
- Spokane Emergency Care Physicians (SECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest.
- Currently, SECP staffs Deaconess Hospital, Valley Hospital, and off-campus Deaconess North ED.
- The city itself is located in Eastern Washington, adjacent to the Selkirk Mountains and the beautiful rolling hills of the Palouse.
Responsibilities
- WECP supports practicing physicians at Spokane Emergency Care Physicians, Olympia Emergency Care Physicians, and Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians for over five decades, since 1972.
Nice to have
- Full-time employment is twelve 8-hour or 9-hour shifts each month.
- Employees start out working a mix of shifts and training at one hospital site, and later add in working at multiple hospital sites.
- Opportunity to work majority of shifts at one preferred site.
- Opportunity for nocturnist work if desired with attractive hourly differential.

- Compensation package base of $220.50 hourly + Quarterly patient experience/RVU performance incentive bonus potential with partnership
