About the role
- Access Limited brings over a century of steep-slope expertise and operates North America's largest fleet of spider excavators, delivering complex rockfall and geotechnical solutions in the most challenging environments.
- What You'll Execute As a junior geotechnical field technician, you'll work on slope stabilization and emergency response projects across Canada.
- Your specific tasks vary by project-on any given week you might be drilling, applying shotcrete, installing soil nails, pumping grout, or setting anchors.

Requirements

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of construction experience (geotechnical, environmental, civil, or related fields a plus, but willingness to learn is key)
- Enthusiasm for hands-on technical work and equipment operation
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Clear communication skills-able to take direction and ask clarifying questions
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying schedules across Canada
- Valid driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent
- Class 1 Commercial an asset)
