About the role
- 30% Technical Architecture: High-level platform configuration, mapping data flows, and making sure integrations work correctly.
- 20% Project Leadership: Keeping projects on schedule, managing risks, and coaching junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Advise Stakeholders: Run workshops and present your designs clearly to client managers and stakeholders, translating technical data concepts into plain business language
- Improve the Team: Help train junior consultants and create reusable templates and guides to make future implementations faster and better
Requirements
- Consulting Experience: 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations
- MDM Software Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system (like Reltio or Informatica)
- You must be comfortable leading meetings and managing client relationships
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and the ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings
Nice to have
- Experience with other Veeva software (e.g. Vault CRM ) or Salesforce.com
- Experience using integration platforms (e.g. Informatica or MuleSoft)
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system (like Reltio or Informatica)
- Data Tech Basics: Solid understanding of data integration tools, including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers
- Project Delivery: Experience working with structured project timelines (like Agile or Scrum) and managing project tasks
- Communication: Excellent presentation and writing skills. You must be comfortable leading meetings and managing client relationships
- Travel & Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and the ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings
- Solid understanding of data integration tools, including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers
Compensation
- $80,000 - $200,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
- Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
- We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
- This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
