Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Support service areas during busy periods
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
Nice to have
- Prior cashier experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in food preparation preferred.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

- What We're Looking For
- The Restaurant Cashier supports smooth restaurant operations by processing transactions accurately, greeting guests warmly, and assisting with basic service tasks.
- This role ensures a friendly first and last impression while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Friendly communicator with strong guest-service skills
- Efficient, accurate, and comfortable handling cash and card transactions
- Organized and dependable in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a positive, helpful approach
- Adaptable and calm when working with high guest volumes
- Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply
- Greet guests and assist with questions regarding the menu or ordering process
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Handle cash, credit cards, and room charges following proper procedures
- Issue receipts, correct change, and verify transactions
- Assist with packaging food items for takeout when needed
- Help restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and grab-and-go items
- Communicate guest concerns or special requests to servers or leadership
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
